Finetex EnE, Inc. has signed a MOU with Sentech on August 17, 2017 for mutual interests in the automobile related filter business. Finetex EnE's CEO Jong Chul, Park, Vice President Jong Man Park and Auditor Ahn Byung Sam, Sentech's Chairman Park Shik Sun and President Kim Hoon and K&P Innotech's President Kim Nak Seung were present for the agreement.

The MOU will provide Finetex EnE with the platform to utilize its nano technology to increase the efficiency of automobile related filters. The agreement will also help Finetex EnE target overseas automobile OEMs and After Market for filters. Sentech, which currently supplies artificial intelligence battery sensors for automobile manufacturers, expect the MOU to help diversify its business portfolio.

In regards to the MOU, Finetex EnE's CEO Jong Chul Park stated that "Finetex EnE is pleased to work with Sentech to make significant developments in the automobile filter business." Furthermore, Sentech's Chairman Park Shik Sun also commented that "Sentech will be able to expand and diversify its business through the synergy created with Finetex EnE."
