Dear our shareholders,
I would like to extend my gratitude to our valued shareholders for
expressing your concerns as well as encouraging comments related to Finetex EnE. I am
taking all the valuable comments more seriously and feel greater sense of
responsibility to make our business more successful. In particular, recent poor
share price performance have been weighing down heavily on me. Poor share price
performance has largely been attributed to lack of corporate disclosure and I
would like to come up with a more specific and effective solution that can be provided
to shareholders in more effective manner. Among few measures currently being
contemplated, I believe we need to expedite releasing of our 1H earnings result
and hold an official IR immediately following the release.
In absence of an official financial numbers, holding a shareholders’ meeting often led to cause groundless rumors, speculation which, in turn, had created much uncertainty and negative effects on our share price. I believe this way of communicating with our valued shareholders will be much more effective.
Although we are faced with many challenges and obstacles, we are making steady progresses in each divisions of nano-products which would continue to reflect positively our forthcoming financial results. I am confident that our nano business have turn around and steady growth and improvement is expected going forward. Considering prospective business environment for Q3 and Q4 2017 as well as 2018, we will continue to take growth strategy. Taking care of our business is one thing but I will take special emphasis on importance of building confidence and credibility with our shareholders going forward. Please bear with me.
